To submit an article to our magazine for consideration, please use the guidelines below. Questions can be directed to here. 

AUTHOR GUIDELINES

EDITORIAL PRACTICES

· We stress original work (as opposed to a synthesis or overview based on previously published work).

· Write in simple, straightforward English.

· Write tersely, in popular magazine style, not in lengthy, academic prose.

· Begin the article with a paragraph or two to attract the reader's interest. Boring, background introductions are not encouraged.

· You may use subheads to break up text (make them descriptive - not just a single word).

· Provide photos and screenshots only where appropriate. Do not embed these in the text.

· Avoid advertising since there is a cost associated with ads and no cost for articles.

MECHANICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Give your article a creative title.

· Please use a spell checker.

· All parts of an article must be submitted in electronic format via our article submission link here. 

· Length should be no more than 500 words, single-spaced. Use the word count feature of your word processor to determine length. NOTE: We reserve the right to cut down the length of the submission for space reasons.

· Use as little formatting as possible in the manuscript since it must be removed and revised to suit our production requirements. 

· Use carriage returns only at the end of paragraphs, not after every line.

· Do not indent at the beginning of paragraphs.

· The author will be contacted only if necessary. 

· While EAS Entertainment Group reserves the right to edit the submission, no heavy editing and rewrites will be done. If this is needed, we will contact the author to discuss it.

DEADLINES

· Articles are due no later than the 15th day before publication. Publications are bimonthly on the last date of each publication month.

PAYMENT AND RIGHTS

· There is no cost associated with submitting an article. Costs are only associated with advertising and sponsorship. See these links for information about participating in advertising and sponsorship.

· By submitting to the EAS Entertainment Group Digital Magazine, you authorize EAS Entertainment Group full rights to publish your article in its magazine and agree that you hold EAS Entertainment Group and its employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless.

· Unacceptable manuscripts will not be returned.
